We are a family of 2 (mother and son), and currently have a 20y/o female student tenant who currently resides on the 3rd floor and you will share the bathroom only with her.

We are all very quiet, simple and welcoming. We ideally would like a student/professional and female only. (No couples, guests, pets, smoking, alcohol or pork).

£700 per month includes all bills/council tax/high speed Virgin internet. Parking on the property is available on request if required (will cost an extra £50 as a one-off payment).
