Cosy double room close to Cardiff city centre

Cosy double room in Penylan available 10th May. We’re looking for a lodger to join us in our peaceful, clean and friendly home.

The room is on the back of the house, overlooking the garden. The room is furnished and has plenty of storage - two built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and drawers built in to the bed.

The house was fully renovated last year. My partner and I are live-in landlords, and we have one other lodger. We’re warm and friendly housemates, who are respectful of each other’s space but always up for a chat.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly and respectful of our home, cleans up after themselves, and is looking for a homely space to come back to. We work long hours in financial services so try and keep the house as a bit of a haven to come back to and recharge.

36 minute walk to Cardiff City Centre, 32 minute walk to Cardiff University. Free parking on the street.

Bills included - gas/electric, WiFi, water, and a weekly cleaner.
Furnished not including bedding.
Our two pet bunnies live in the garden!
