This premium en-suite room is bright, airy, spacious, quiet and comfortable, with an en-suite toilet and shower, in a roomy apartment of just 5 other rooms ( 1 student in each ) sharing a kitchen and lounge area.

The room is above the ground floor, it has its own individual key card which gives you access through a fire door into the apartment, also giving you extra security, and you and ONLY you can get into your room with the key card. You share the kitchen with just 5 other students. ( the key card also gives you access in and out of the building, into the lift, and access to amenities in the West Wing, but only you can access your room. The security is very good, but of course the fridge, in the kitchen, is possibly another matter )

The room has an En-suite which includes your own toilet, sink and shower (You can Sing in the shower care-free! ) with storage space and shelving with room for toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and your ‘all important’ toilet roll.

There is also plenty of storage in the rest of the room. There’s a large space for bedding or your flattened boxes under the bed as well as wardrobes, shelves, and there’s plenty of floor space for your boxes and/or suitcases, until such time as you have unpacked everything. So Keeping your room tidy, is made easy.

The Workspace includes big windows looking out over Adamstown, Cardiff, with plenty of light coming in the room. It’s the perfect spot to get your head down to studying, daydreaming or just staring out the window.
It is furnished with a long desk, chair, wardrobes, and A ‘small-double’ bed 4’x6’3” that’s tucked into a cosy, comfy part of the room with small shelves for pictures, lamp, or alarm clock ( the bed takes a ‘small-double’ fitted bed sheet 4’x 6’3” but you can use a double/single or half double duvet, it’s your choice they will all fit on top. We could offer to leave you the mattress cover, fitted sheets and pillows, they were new and only used for 3 months, we can’t promise we will have time to iron them though, sorry )

The building:

The The West Wing is a purpose built student accommodation block, a multi-storey building with everything on the doorstep including university lectures. The West Wing is located in Adamstown, right in the middle of Cardiff, with Cardiff University and the University of South Wales Cardiff Campus very close by and also great transport links to both and beyond. The West Wing is actually within walking distance of Cardiff railway stations, Cardiff Royal Infirmary, USW Cardiff Campus and many places to shop or eat with loads of amenities and entertainment very close by.

The room is near a Shared kitchen which you share with with 4 or 5 other students and you will also have access to and use of the following:

Laundry facilities: Card-operated washers and dryers so you can always stay on top of your washing

Multimedia lounge: Play videogames, watch films.
Social spaces and a Games room: The hub for tournaments, step up to the table and become a master at pool or table football.

Free gym: Work out when you want, for as long as you want.

Study rooms: Looking for an inspiring revision spot? Our study rooms are even big enough for you and your friends to study together, we even have outdoor study pods for when you want a little more space to yourself..

Outdoor social space: When the suns out, the funs outside.

Residence Team: On hand to give you help and support whenever you need it, they also organise Social events.

CCTV: For added peace of mind and a Security team: Providing you safety and reassurance, 24/7.
The building has lifts as well as the stairs. ( very useful for moving in as well as inclusive access)

This is how we can offer you this opportunity to take on the remaining contract:

“It is possible, with the Landlord’s agreement, to transfer your obligations to someone else who is eligible to live at the property. If you find a replacement tenant we will need to run some basic checks to confirm their eligibility to take over the tenancy. Before we will accept a new tenant, your account and all obligations need to be up to date and any rent due up to the changeover will need to be paid. Once the new resident has signed the tenancy agreement and made the first rent payment they will take responsibility for future rent payments and all other obligations as stated in the agreement.”

If you like what you see and commit to taking the room, we can then introduce you to the ‘HERE’ staff and they can then offer you the the room and the remaining length of the contract, which can be extended to include the summer and the next academic year: 24/25.
