It's Hazel! I am a veterinary surgeon working in Pontypridd, my current flatmate will be moving out as he is getting married in June 2024, so I am looking for a young professional to replace him. I am one of the tenants and the rent is £1250, I included the broadband in the rent as all the bills will be split in two.
The flat has 2 double bedrooms with a juliet balcony, and is located on the 2nd floor in the dwelling

You will be having the en-suite room and also a bath in the spare bathroom. The flat has already a washing machine, drying machine, and fitted fridge and freezer.

The building has its own parking space, there is space for only one car allocated to the flat, but there are multiple Visitor parking on site, You will have your visitor permit for free so you can park across the building on visitor spaces.

There is Ikea 5 min walk from the building and located next to the Cardiff Retail Park which has lots of shops including McDonalds, Asda superstore, PureGym, Popeyes, Costa Coffee, Boots Lidl etc. There is also Aldi and Starbucks, Papa Jones, Burger King right across the road and Morrisons is 10 min walk.

10 min drive into the city center, or you can either take the bus as the closest bus stop is in front of the building, literally 1 min walk away!
