As part of the tenancy, you have access to all amenities in both Summit House and Windsor House, which include a gym, study spaces, laundry facilities, cinema room and a garden terrace.
Rent is £180 a week and all bills are included in this price. The full rent for the whole tenancy is required to be paid upfront.
