Peaceful attic room in quiet house, very central

Looking for one person, a postgraduate student or young professional, to rent my single bedroom on top floor of townhouse.

I’m away working most of the week so you’d have the place to yourself. Needs to be responsible, friendly and respectful. It’s a quiet place with super fast broadband, great for study or home working.

There is one other tenants (lady, 26), and possibly a few Airbnb guests staying the odd weekend in the first floor bedroom.

Kitchen use with all brand new modern facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer etc., and large shared bathroom. No lounge. New combi-boiler, house newly renovated 2 years ago.

Would suit a clean easy going person who needs a quiet comfortable place to relax or just have a place to sleep.

On edge of Pontcanna and Canton. 25 mins walk to city centre, £8 in an Uber. 5 mins walk to local high street with all needed shops, Tesco, Boots, etc.

Bills included:
Council tax, broadband, water, electricity.

Bills to contribute to:
Some Gas approx £30 per month

No dedicated parking space but there’s always a spot on the surrounding side streets.

I have a lovely little Spaniel who will be in the house when I’m around.
