there are two fully furnished rooms available to move in immediately. the kitchen is going to be sharing with other housemates. You will have your own restroom on the ground floor.. there is one common area in the house to relax, chill etc. the house is tidy and hygienic.
we expect a clean, tidy and easy going housemate to keep the environment light and happy.
The council tax will be included in the rent. the bills are maximum £27-£28 per month per person usually.
