Looking for a student to live in univ residence

It's a school dormitory and has enough space for one person. The address is Senghennydd Court House L Ground Floor Flat 1. The kitchen is shared and there is one toilet in each room. The kitchen is very clean and the room has been used cleanly so far. Two of the three instalments have been processed normally and the remaining instalment remains to be processed. The period that the advertised room will be available for me is from 17 April to 13 September.
