Lovely Double Room In Pontcanna House

Hello!

I'm looking for a roommate to join a two bed house located in a quiet, pretty cul-de-sac in Pontcanna/Canton. You'd be sharing with myself and my cat Olga (who is very clean and lovely). I'm 28, recently returned to Wales after living in London for ten years. I work as a curator, and am interested in all kinds of art, particularly queer/feminist/horror/experimental stuff, high and low brow (big Real Housewives fan). Also into reading, writing, walking, eating, cooking, gigs, music...

I work at the office 5 days a week, and am often out at gigs/performances/arts things. When I am home though I like to keep things pretty clean, and for the house to be a peaceful environment - though am up for having people over/parties, as long as mutually agreed! I like to cook with housemates, watch films and generally hang out, but also need a bit of space sometimes as work is quite socially intense.

I am queer but don't mind how you identify sexuality or gender-wise. Also ok with any age over 26.

The house includes study/office which is open to someone who works from home as I don't use it.

We also have a small courtyard garden with a storage shed, and a large bathroom upstairs. The house is nicely decorated - white walls, with lovely fireplace features and big windows.

Looking for someone considerate, clean, and independent, who'd be up for a pint/dinner every now and then.
