Double room in good sized home

Hi, this accommodation is Monday to Friday. It is located in north Rhiwbina close to the Wenallt woods in a quiet part of Cardiff and overlooking the city. The bus stop into the city centre is 200m away (15 min bus ride to city centre) and the train station is in Rhiwbina village which is about 10 mins walk (10 mins to city centre). The nearest main supermarket is about 0.75 miles away but a large corner shop is 400m away. This is a family home but both my children have moved away. There is off road parking shared with the owner/landlord (me). I play tennis & football and walk & surf and am quite easy going. I work from home for much of the week. You would have the main double bedroom and I rarely use the main living room in the week. We would share the kitchen, garden and bathroom, although I mostly use my gym bathroom facilities in the winter. Would ideally suit a mature professional who is looking for a comfortable and calm place in the week. Council tax band F.
