We’re 2 girls (28 and 25) looking for someone to share our lovely flat with. Our flat mate is moving out and so we’re currently in the process of looking for someone to fill her room ❤ We’re looking for someone who is fun and friendly but also appreciates a cosy night in. We’re both working professionals so ideally we would be looking for someone who is also a working professional or undertaking a postgraduate degree.

Our maisonette is a light and airy space situated above a shop on Albany road In the heart of Roath. The bedroom we have on offer a cosy loft conversion with slopping ceilings. It’s only a 1 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a 25 minuet walk into the centre of town. Our flat is right outside of a bus stop and we’re just a 10 minuet walk from Cathays train station. This area is notoriously difficult to get a parking permit so if you’re someone that relies on your car for your job then this may not be the flat for you.

Rent is £350 a month with bills coming to around £100 a month in addition to rent (around £450 a month in total). Bills will hopefully be going down as we’re heading into summer.

The minimum contract that you would be able to agree to is 6 months however we would be open to longer. Ideally we would be looking for someone to move in for the beginning of June.
