Lodger wanted for the loft bedroom in a family home. The room is a very large, bright, furnished double with an en suite bathroom and is accessed through its own private door and stairwell- allowing for maximum privacy and quiet!
The house is a short walk (or easy bus ride) from the city center, hospital and university. You are welcome to use the shared kitchen, dining area, living room and garden. There is space in the communal fridge and freezer and cupboard space in the large shared kitchen and utility area. There is a shared washing machine and drier. Bills (including wifi) and cleaning service are included in the monthly payment. We have a current gas safety certificate and the deposit would be kept in a safe national deposit scheme.
