Cardiff 1b1b sublet, official contract, suitable for couples or one person, students only! Two people are allowed, one of whom must be a student.

Lease period: Early June or end of May to mid-September, negotiable.

Rent: Single occupancy: 288 per week, double occupancy: 298 per week. Bill and Wi-Fi included. No council tax. Rent is negotiable if you can cover most of the term!

Floor: 4th floor (top floor), nice sunset and street view.

Parking is available downstairs, but pets are not allowed, sorry.

Surroundings: It’s a ten-minute walk from Cardiff University, a fifteen-minute walk from Cathays Railway Station, and a two-minute walk from Sainsbury’s Local. There are many diversified supermarkets around, such as Chinese Super League, Japanese and Korean supermarkets. There are many restaurants and a bar downstairs.
