We are renting out the master bedroom in our 2-bedroom flat in Lock Keepers Court, Blackweir Terrace, Cardiff. The room has its own bathroom, and comes with full use of our alloted parking space. Shared access to living area minus the second bathroom which we use.

Living area includes a range of kitchen appliances, washer, smart TV and cooking utensils.

Property is a one minute walk away from a bus stop, 10 minute walk away from the nearest Lidl/Tesco, and 20 minutes away from the City Centre. Closest train station is the Cathays station about 15 minutes walk away.

All bills are included except broadband, which will be £25 a month.

We are a professional couple employed with Cardiff University, and are out for most of the day except for one to two work from home days a week.
