Looking for up to 5 students to join a house from September 2026.

The house is 5 bedrooms (all have a double bed but 3 rooms are slightly larger than the other 2) over 2 floors. 3 double and a spare single) over three floors. The house is located in a quiet residential area 20 minute walk to Lidl and the Cathays Campus and a 5 minute walk the Heath Hospital with really good transport links to the city centre, including a new cycle lane.

Ground floor has hallway, toilet, storage cupboard, 2 bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen/lounge.

First floor has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 boiler and 1 electric shower).

Every room has a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair and bin. Some of the rooms also have bedside tables, built in wardrobes and shelving units.

There is also some space in the garage to store bikes and residential parking on the street
