Double bedroom in Canton/Victoria park area

Double room available in my home, I work from home half of the week and office the other half I am a quiet housemate who gets up early to go to the gym so consequently in bed early too. I am looking for a professional to share my home Monday-Friday.

My house is a 20 minute walk into the city, or 5 min bus/taxi ride. At the bottom of the street is Cowbridge Road East which the main bus route suitable for the city/bay or Heath hospital.

Close to Victoria park there are a number of nice cafes/bars/restaurant within walking distance.

I have a well equipped kitchen, both a modern bathroom and a separate shower room upstairs and another toilet downstairs. The is a loft room available for use as a separate lounge should you wish to have you own space to relax.

I am I. Council tax band D the cost would by the additional amount of £45 per month which is included in the cost of the rent
