A double furnished room is available (close to city centre) to share with other friendly housemates. We are looking for a female housemate.

The room size is 3.43m x 3.12m (11'3" x 10'3"),

I am a live in landlady living with my husband. The other two housemates are females. We are looking for a female housemate to join us. Ideally, we are looking for someone to not only share a house with but that we can get along with us as a friend.

The rent sounds too good to believe as it is only £430 per month including all bills. At this price and this location it is a steal!!

You are very welcome as long as you are nice and follow a few simple rules:
- No smoking and alcohol
- No loud activities without a good reason
- Don't take what's not yours without a permission
- The room is for a single person. No boyfriend, girlfriend or guest(s) is allowed
- Follow lodger rules

A deposit of £100 needs to be made prior to move in as an assurance.
