We're looking for a flatmate to move in by 01-June-25. The contract is being renewed for this year so will be required to sign in person. If you want to move your stuff in a few days earlier, the you're more than welcome. We have plenty of space to store things.
We're both pretty easy going guys, both work 9am-5pm. We enjoy cooking, watching films, video games and going for a pint after work occasionally.
It's a single room with a double bed and walk in wardrobe. Welive on the 4th floor flat. We have a livingroom/kitchen, Bath/Shower, balcony, and access to a spacious roof terrace with great views of Cardiff. Access to a private carpak and lockable bike shed.
Desk on room does not come with the flat.
Bills all together will cost and additional £170. Council tax band D (included in bill amount)
