£500 all in excluding electricity which is approx £25 pp/pm.

Housemate is moving out as she is moving home.

Preference is someone who can stay for the longer term and that we’d get along.

Current housemate:
I’m an outdoorsy person who also enjoys the gym and is often busy with work or activities. I cook a lot. I work from home 3 days a week. I’m happy to chill and socialise but also prioritise time alone. Not keen on hosting ragers/parties in the flat, more a dinner party and chill night with friends kinda gal.
