We’re currently looking for tenants to take over our flat. The landlord requires the tenancy to be taken over under one joint contract, meaning either one person who can cover the full rent themselves, or two people who are ready to move in together and share the contract. Unfortunately, he isn’t able to accept separate move-in dates (e. g. one person in March and another in April), so it would need to be a complete takeover at the same time.
