The room is on the ground floor, double sized, with a large, south facing window. Although the room is of good size, the kitchen, bathroom, and lounge are small. There is a double bed with new mattress, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and desk.
The property is a 1 minute walk to the 27 bus route, which stops on Caerphilly Road close to UHW, and is a 1 mile walk from Llanishen train station. There is on street parking.
Terms would be a monthly rolling contract.
