A house of 2 friends living in Riverside/Canton, a 15 minute walk into town and Pontcanna. Our housemate is moving out in September having graduated from his degree, so we are looking for someone to join our home. We are both professionals working full time, and enjoy cooking, eating and going for walks and adventures together. We'd love to live with someone who likes being outdoors, is easy-going and will happily sit and chat over a pint or a cuppa.
Our bills and council tax (band D) combined amount to roughly £140 on top of rent.
The room will be left empty, but we are happy to furnish it before someone moving in (we'd like to consider ourselves professionals at Facebook Marketplace), or leave it as is for you to furnish. As the room is on the smaller side, there is a wardrobe on the landing which will stay for the new housemate, as well as storage under the stairs.
