Hi my name’s Sam, and I’m looking for someone to join me in my relaxed and cosy home.

Double room in a 2 bed house in an ideal location Pontcanna. There are plenty of great pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. Cowbridge Road East, Pontcanna St, Cathedral Road and the City Centre are just a short walk away.

Fully furnished bedroom, ideal for a professional.
The room has a very comfortable double bed and plenty of storage. The bed can easily be repositioned to fit a desk in the room.
There is an upstairs bathroom with a large bath, shower and toilet.
Downstairs, there is a lovely living room with a big, super comfortable open plan living and dining area, 50" TV (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Now TV all included). Fully equipped, social kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There's also a downstairs toilet and a good sized garden with decking and a patio.

Parking in Pontcanna is a nightmare, whoever moves in will have access to a parking permit for the street (requires insuring your car to the address). There are non permit spaces dotted around the street and neighbouring streets.

About me:
I'm 30 years old, Chartered Accountant working in Private Equity in Cardiff/London. I love music, festivals, sport, going out for drinks and food. I am very sociable, and I respect other peoples personal space and privacy. My girlfriend usually stays over a couple of evenings in the week, or I stay at hers. I look to make the most of the weekends to be out and about when I can.

I'm looking for someone easy going, clean and respectful.

All bills are included. The contract will be for 1 year; however I am happy with a month to month rolling contract to offer flexibility on both sides (with at least a month's notice required by either of us).

The rent of £700 will be due on the 1st of each month. This rent is inclusive of gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax.
