There is a lovely room with a kitchen/diner shared with 3 others available now at the Bridge Street Exchange in Cardiff City Centre. The room is no longer required by us but is available until September 2026. The rent is paid until February 2026 so anyone moving in now could enjoy a month rent free period and pick up the payments in February.
The rent due from Feb-July averages out at just over £152.25 per week all bills inc. You can pay monthly or instalments. The Bridge Street Exchange welcomes students from Cardiff Met, Cardiff Uni & The University of South of Wales. Give me a call & I can arrange a viewing for you.
