The bedroom has under-bed storage, a 2 month old mattress and a beautiful wooden wardrobe. There are shelving units and a TV I will happily leave if you need them also.
There is also a large storage cupboard in the flat.
The living area and kitchen is spacious and there is a patio outside which has a bike shed. The building has a roof top terrace with a lovely view of Cardiff and shared amenities like a BBQ, tables and deck chairs.

The other occupant is a very friendly 26m who is clean, tidy and will make you as much coffee shop standard coffee as you like! He works for an Audio Engineering company and is a climbing instructor also. He is a keen chess and squash player too. Overall a sociable, affable, well mannered flatmate who living with is very easy.

The contract ends June 1st but the other occupant wants to stay here for another year so if you want an 18 month contract that is perfect.
