Currently looking for someone to move into the master bedroom. I’ve been living here for nearly 7 years, 6 with a flatmate & have been flying solo for the last 9 months but I am not really a fan of living on my own & would like someone else to move in. I’m quite a quiet flatmate, I do occasionally have my friends around for board or video games so if you like things like Jackbox you will get on well with us! I work from home most days as well so if you have a flexible job too it would be nice to have some company some days!
It comes furnished with an en suite & has recently had a fresh coat of paint on the walls & the ceiling.
The additional costs for bills cover: water, electric, council tax & internet which generally work out at around £250 (I’m in a flexible electric plan so it does fluctuate a little hear & there but nothing major) so you’re looking at around £750-800 a month for rent & bills. There is no gas bill for the flat.
I’ve got subscriptions to Disney+, Netflix & Prime already set up on the TV for anyone who is interested in those!
