Looking for a short term lodger

Hi!
I bought this house earlier this year with my brother as we both started studies in Cardiff uni in September. He has since moved out so it’s just me and the cat now and it would be nice to have someone about the house. My boyfriend comes to stay a few nights a week (often cooks REALLY good meals) but I think someone to share the house with more generally for a bit would be nice too.
I’m looking for another woman to share with who’s friendly and shares some interests and is a generally tidy person.
The house has 2 double bedrooms at the moment, a reasonable sized kitchen, bathroom, WC, study, loft area, patio and garage.
It’s a really cozy house and I’d welcome more plants if you have some.
The cat is called Psycho, he’s a lovely boy despite his name but he is a bit crazy at times.
