Central location in cathays, a 10 minute walk from the city centre, 5 minute walk to cardiff university main campus and 25 minute walk through the park to cardiff met llandaff campus (also easily accessible by bus on rainy days).

The house is all girls ages 21-25 studying art or psychology, with students from both universities.

Students only - no council tax

Available from 1st April 2026 with option to sign a new, year-long contract with landlord for 1st July 2026 - 1st July 2027

Room comes with double bed and mattress, bedside table with drawers, large built in wardrobes (plenty of hanging space), huge build in cupboards (big enough to store a suitcase, microwave, christmas tree and camping chair in 1 cupboard 😂), large desk with comfy chair (chair not in photos, my housemate has it at the moment)
