1 Double Room in Apartment - Pontcanna

This is a 1 Bed (double) room for rent, within a 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Pontcanna, Cardiff.

Owner (myself - Luke) lives in the apartment, in the other room.

The room

The room for rent is approx 3.7x3.4m in size.
There are various plug sockets around the room.

Double Juliet balcony.

The room can come furnished with a sofa bed, tall draws, curtains, rug and wardrobe.

The photo shows the sofa bed as a single, this does open as a double. The bed can also be removed and replaced with a double bed upon agreement.

There are two large double wardrobes, upon agreement, the wardrobes can be removed or one / both can stay.

(Depending on how you would position your bed, the wardrobes can be moved around.

The Apartment

It’s a 2 bedroom apartment, large in size, with a large bathroom, which has both a bath and shower.

The kitchen and living room is open plan, and comes with TV, sofa, table, chairs, breakfast table, American style fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine machine, delonghi coffee machine and various other extras.

There is a storage cupboard within the hallway that can be used and some small storage outside the apartment.

The building

The building is a converted large town house, which has 3 other apartments within the building, which are all professional individuals/couples.

Parking

There is a private parking space and a permit can be made available. The parking space is currently used by myself, but sharing of the space is ok.

There is a secure space for a bike inside the building.
