Spare Room in a Three Bed House

Looking for someone to fill a spare room in a spacious three bed house, as current house mate has moved to New Zealand.

Current occupants are two males, myself (29) who has been at the properly for 3 years and Jacob (27) who has been at the property for over a year, both working in hospitality. We’re very chill and tidy individuals and are looking for a similar fit.

The house has three double bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a dining room, kitchen, and garden. It comes furnished with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is a 20 min walk from the city centre and a 5 minute from city link retail park ( Newport road).

The contract is 12 months and is set to renew on the 16th of April. Rent is £400 pcm per tenant and including bills ( Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water, council tax) the total works out at £565 pcm per tenant. First month’s rent (£400) and deposit (£400) will be required at contract signing.

To pass the estate agent screening you’ll have to have a full time job as this will be referenced, and possibly a UK guarantor ( therefore, no students or UC applicants unfortunately )
