Room for rent in a nice shared flat.

Hi, I'm looking for a friendly and tidy person to share a nice waterside flat In Atlantic Wharf. The room is a double, and quiet with little outside noise. There's plenty of storage in the kitchen and a shared double storage closet in the Hall, for extra bits.
I'm easy going and would prefer someone who is up for some social evenings, or a cuppa and a chat, rather than someone who will completely keep to themselves. It's a good size kitchen and nice lounge with a view. I'm respectful of space, chilled, pretty tidy, and want a happy relaxed shared home, so looking for similar.
