Looking for two new housemates to move in with myself, a PhD student, in Penylan.
1 year contract, rent £560pcm with bills around ~£160.
One room is currently being used for storage, so please forgive the poor photos of the room!
Ideally looking for other PhD students or young professionals to move in as well, but open to anything!
Parking available with no parking permit required for my area, good bus connections to get across Cardiff as well for those who don't drive.
