1 bed room available for lease takeover

I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my lease. The room is fairly large with a sky light and built-in bookcase. The ceiling is slanted so really tall walls on one side. The house is also quite large with a long living room with a bay window, one end used as an art studio for the other housemates. 1 shared bathroom. Long kitchen and dining that backs out onto the courtyard/patio where we have seats for hanging out outside.

Nails can be put in the walls for hanging. Feel free to decorate the shared spaces too, we like the house to have bits of everyones personality so it feels cozy/homey.

The current housemates are undergrad and/or masters students all studying illustration. They enjoy hiking, camping and all forms of art.

If you are a student you won't need to pay council tax, however, I am a professional so have been paying discounted council tax of £160 monthly.
