Room to Rent Young Professional - Bills included

Hi! I’m a young professional renting out a spare room.

A bit about me: I work during the week and live a pretty normal routine: gym, seeing friends, and occasionally socialising. The house is relaxed and friendly rather than a party house, but I do enjoy the odd night out or having friends over.

I’ve also got a dog and a cat, so the new housemate will definitely need to be an animal lover. They’re both friendly and a big part of the home.

I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, respectful, and has a similar lifestyle, ideally another young professional who works during the week and enjoys a chilled, sociable home environment.

If you’re tidy, friendly, and like animals, we’ll probably get along well.
