Two double bedrooms are coming available in our bright and welcoming professional house share in Roath, available from 1st July!

The house is in a great location just off Albany Road and close to Wellfield Road, with plenty of cafes, shops, and transport links nearby and easy access into Cardiff city centre. There is also a mix of free/permit street parking outside the house.

Both rooms are double rooms of a comfortable size, and the house itself is bright and airy, making it a really lovely place to live.

👭 About us:

You’ll be living with Jasmin (24) and Ella (26), both professionals who work a mixture of at home and in the office. We’re a clean and tidy household and take pride in keeping the house nice. We enjoy having our own space but also like socialising, whether that’s going for a walk, watching something, or going out for a drink!

💷 Rent: £500 per month
💡 Bills: Not included (approximately £100 per month)
📅 Available from: 1st July

We’re ideally looking for female professionals of a similar age who are clean, respectful, and friendly, and who would enjoy living in a relaxed, tidy and sociable home.

As we both work Monday - Friday daytime hours, we would ideally prefer someone with a similar working pattern.
