The room is a large room in a shared house with me the owner as the other occupant. There are two toilets a bathroom/shower and a south facing aspect that makes sure the house is always filled with light. There's a a shared kitchen with induction hobs and off road parking.
It's within a stone's throw of Cardiff Met and has excellent transport links to the City Centre and is in walking distance of Roath and vibrant shopping district of Wellfield and Albany Rd.
