About the owner: You will be sharing the flat with a live-in landlord (F, 28) who works in a different city so is out the house for most of the day/s. Been renovating so may still be minor disturbances but will be always on hand to deal with any issues.
Looking for someone who is tidy and friendly to share the space with.
