Hello!

I'm currently looking for a friendly female housemate to take over the other room in this lovely two bed house just 1 minute off the A48 in Penwtyn. Very close to amenities including a Lidl, Waitrose, Chippy, B and M among others in a quiet family area.

The house has two bathrooms, a spare room, a landing storage cupboard, a laundry room, an airing cupboard and good sized paved garden.

The room is available immediately.

Open to a housemate with a cat !!!

A little about me (the boring bit first!):

I'm a professional freelance Violinist who teaches privately from home and in Bristol and travels a lot to work with different orchestras and play at events.

Due to the nature of my job I do need to practice from home. This is usually between the the hours of 10am and 9pm but not for more than 3/4 hours max (usually no more than 3).

It's also worth being aware that I teach privately from home. Currently this is in the living room Monday-Wednesday evenings.

So that's the boring bit! But other than that I love to play games (video and board games) and I'm a big cat lover. I have a lovely fluffy black cat called Sylvie who is gorgeous and loves making friends. I also like to cook and do crafts. I also enjoy a good TV/film/boardgame session with housemates as well.
