Large double bedroom in the burbs

My current housemate is leaving so the LARGE (!) Master bedroom in our two-person flatshare will become available from the end of April.

The flat itself is quite unique. It's a light and airy duplex, with a large meadow-y front and a roof terrace overlooking Caerphilly mountain area. It has a shared bathroom and large open plan kitchen/living room however on separate levels, with high ceilings and skylight windows, as well as your own storage cupboard. Washer/dryer and dishwasher also.

We live in a beautifully green and peaceful area in Cyncoed/Pentwyn with great transport links. Corner shop down the road, and grocery shops within 15/20min walking distance. The place comes with allocated drive and guest bays, and can possibly sort storage for a bike. Quick hop also onto the M4 from Cardiff East.

The room up for grabs comes unfurnished but the previous tenant is looking to sell most pieces so do ask if interested!

A little bit about me - 31, professional with a desk job (WFH 3 days) and part-time Pilates teacher. I'm a happy and easy-going person, love keeping active with a million different hobbies and being out and about. With it just being the two of us, the ideal roomie would be someone who's keen to invest in that homely feeling in the flatshare eg spend time together, find our own little routines and do activities outside of the home.

One important note: I have two lovely and sociable house cats, so someone who's responsible in that regard is important, in exchange you'll gain their endless affection and cuddles
