Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for someone to take over the rest of my tenancy from mid June to mid September.
Rent is 500 pound a month and bills are around 90-100 total a month.
Would have to be a professional/ not a student to take over as council tax would need to be paid.
The area is close to Heath hospital and there are amazing bus links into town 😊
