Tenancy takeover asap‼️
This is only until August, so perfect for someone who’s possibly staying here over summer? The house is in Penylan, really close to Roath Park, and within walking distance to Albany Road. Around the corner is a co op as well! The room is really big & aside from just the kitchen, the room has it’s own patio doors that lead out on to the garden. There’s an extra bathroom downstairs which is just opposite this room, and another upstairs which is shown.
You’ll be sharing with 3 other girls, who are all really friendly! The rent is 500pcm, and the bills are roughly between 50/60 pm. Ideally I’d like to move out within the next few weeks, as I’m relocating back to Cornwall! Any questions, or if there’s anything I may have forgotten , please message x
