Looking for someone to rent my studio apartment from now until June.

Rent is offered at a discount rate as I’m moving in with my partner and our newborn son. (Posting on behalf of partner).

The studio is fully furnished, has a modern bathroom and kitchen with all amenities included. There is plenty of storage space in the double built in wardrobe, laundry cupboard with washing machine and boiler as well another storage cupboard closer to the door.

At the moment the property would remain in my name however you have the option of continuing the tenancy from June onwards should you wish.

Suitable for all, though best suited to someone wanting a short term let in the city potentially for work. The studio is in the heart of the city centre, a one minute walk from John Lewis, and practically next to central station. It’s a modern apartment complex with a reception area that is monitored by a concierge 24/7 aside from the weekends.
