Lovely double room to rent in a first floor flat in Cardiff, approximately 20 minute walk from town and close to local shops and bus routes.

Professional applicants preferred but will consider students, no DSS or pets please - although I have one cat so animal lovers welcome.

Room has become available due to current tenant moving out - available for rent beginning of March.

I like to keep the flat relatively clean and tidy and hope any potential flatmate would do the same. I am looking for a flatmate who enjoys socialising and doesn't just lock themselves away but I will also respect your privacy! I enjoy going to the gym, running, a Netflix binge during the week and eating out and going for a few drinks at the weekend.

Rent includes gas, electricity, internet, Sky, telephone, water, TV license and council tax.

Bedroom comes furnished with large wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and double bed. There is also extra storage underneath the bed and attic space if required. Large living room with dining table and large L-Shaped sofa, bathroom with walk in shower and fully equipped kitchen.
