Lovely double room in friendly and clean home
Lovely sunny double bedroom available, nicely decorated and furnished with wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet and double bed with nice mattress. The room is available from 7th April onwards.
The house is fully furnished, has 2 reception rooms and a good size south facing garden so has lots of space to unwind. The house has a modern but homely feel to it with a brand new good quality oven, fridge freezer, drier and other modern appliances. Care has been taken to create a pleasingly aesthetic and relaxing environment so would suit others who appreciate these attributes. The home has been well looked after and I would like someone who would also do the same.
The location is excellent as it's only a 5/10 minute walk to the City centre. There are also lots of great shops and eating places nearby such as a new plant based cafe, different Asian and European supermarkets, an ice cream parlour and so on. I especially love the Chinese supermarket! Also there's the Tramshed at the end of the street with lots of live music events and only over the road there is a lovely friendly local pub which has nice food and runs a quiz night and curry night each week. If that's not enough there is also a fish and chip shop and a corner shop a few doors down and a post office at the end of the road. If you like walking then you're also in luck as there's a big park 2 minutes walk away or if you go a bit further afield you can walk to Bute park or Cardiff Bay.
It is a very handy location if you don't drive due to the central bus and train station and the city centre being such a short walk away, but also if you drive it is very easy to park your car on the street right by the house without needing a permit. I have never had any difficulty finding a space.
You would be living with 3 friendly and super clean housemates who are all working professionals. It is a fairly quiet yet friendly home. The ideal tenant would be a professional who is easy to get on with, appreciates good surroundings and would be conscientious and clean. We would like someone who is trustworthy and reliable and would prefer a non smoker.
The rent includes all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV license, Wifi). As the Landlady I would always ensure that if anything wasn't working properly it would be fixed in a timely manner and if there is anything else needed that I haven't included in the property I would always consider providing it if you ask.
