Double bedroom available to rent in a lovely large 4 bedroom 3 storey modern townhouse on a quiet tree lined street in Cardiff bay. Bedroom has a double bed and mattress, bedside cabinets and chest, and also a built-in wardrobe. It's a 5 min walk to the waterfront bars & restaurants in Cardiff bay and a 10 min walk to St Davids shopping centre in the city centre.

You will only be sharing with myself, one very friendly 2 year old German shepherd puppy, and one other housemate Aditi. Looking for someone who is easy going, sociable (but not a party animal), clean, tidy, and looking for a homely home.

There are 4 bedrooms in total but one is left empty as a spare room, so there is plenty of space in the house. You would share the large bathroom on the top floor with just Aditi as my bedroom has an en-suite on the floor below. There is also a seperate toilet on the ground floor. There is a lovely south facing garden with plenty of seating, BBQ and hot tub! There are 2 parking spaces on the driveway to share and lots of unrestricted easy parking on the street.

ALL bills are INCLUDED so there is nothing else to pay. That includes electric/gas/water/council tax/tv licence/Netflix/Apple TV/ultra fast internet/fortnightly cleaner.
