NOT available for a full time let or for weekends unless it is on a short term let basis.

The house has a decent-sized kitchen which is fully equipped and all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils are available for use. There is a large through room living/dining room and a large south facing garden.
The house is within 5 minutes walk of both a local train station and a regular Bus service to the centre of Cardiff.
Parking is on road , no off road parking available, unfortunately
The house has unlimited broadband. The room comes (as shown in the photos) with a king size bed, a 2 seat sofa , desk and chair, double wardrobe, bedside unit.
All bills are included in the rent. Bedding and towels are also provided.
