Two rooms to rent in professional, friendly house

Decking in the summer

I am a freelance Art Director working in TV and Theatre. I have two rooms available for short and long term let. Would suit a professional who works in Cardiff or commutes as close to motorway or cast/crew filming in area and other contractors. I am on theatre Digs as well an have a daily rate so do ask for more details if looking for daily rates.

The House is in Pentwyn, It is bright and welcoming and very warm and friendly. I have two small dogs who are very friendly and who love company. There is a decking area which is a sun trap, has seating and a fire pit.

The house is close to the M4, has plenty of parking and excellent bus links into town.

The rooms available are one large double available for long or short term let and one small double available for short term let.

There are two local pubs and an Aldi, liddl, Waitroes, Asda, B and Ms, Dominoes, Chip shop and Greggs near by.
