I’m looking for a considerate, tidy and independent lodger to join a relaxed four-bedroom home. This room would be ideal for a reliable working professional, post graduate student or someone seeking a short-term house share while relocating.

The House
You’ll be sharing with myself (live-in homeowner). The property includes:

Shared living room

Fully equipped kitchen

Main bathroom plus an additional separate toilet

High-speed Wi-Fi

All bills included (£150 per week)

We’re a friendly and respectful household with independent routines and occasionally busy work and social lives. The atmosphere at home is calm, relaxed and considerate.

I work from home three days a week, so I’m ideally looking for someone who works outside the home or studies on campus during weekdays.
