Bedroom has plenty of storage space and a TV. Private garden and patio which is a lovely sunny area when the sun shines! Private driveway which can hold 3 cars. Good Internet access.

Rent is inclusive of bills (council tax only included if you are registered at another address). Bedding and towels can be provided if required. Bus stop is just outside the house and the local train station is about 1/2 mile away which only takes about 10 minutes to get you right into the city centre. Large supermarket is just up the road with other local amenities within walking distance.
