1 double bedroom in 3br professional house share

One double bedroom available in a large 3br house, a 15 minute walk to the city centre, close to bars/ restaurants and shops on Albany/ City road and close to roath park.

This tenancy is for a 12 month minimum contract.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, living room, bathroom, dining room, kitchen (with oven, American style fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer) and one spare room used for some storage and occasional guest use. We also have a nice little garden. (The garden is a bit of a mess post winter, but we will be tidying it up again ready for summer).

We both work full time, and we’re looking for a new tenant that works full time also. (No students)

We have two cats and a puppy in the house so we’re looking for someone that is happy to live with animals.

Looking for a clean and tidy professional to move in who is somewhat social. We enjoy our own space but we enjoy watching tv together or having a drink in the garden in the summer.

The house is managed by a great landlord, not an agency.
Bills are spilt between 3 for water/ gas/ electricity/ council tax and Virgin Internet. Bills are around £160 each for everything.
